(FixThisNation.com) – Franklin Foer, a President Biden biographer whose book is set to be released this week and will cover the first two years of the Biden administration, argued that the President dropping out of the 2024 presidential race, while surprising, would not be a “total shock.”
During his appearance on NBC’s “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd, Franklin Foer was asked about how surprised he would be to see Biden not partake in the presidential race. In response, Foer argued that while it would be a surprise it would not be a complete surprise and shock. He added that Biden whenever talking about his life will often make references to fate and that he is very religious. He further pointed out that Biden often said that there was no knowing where fate would take him.
President Biden, 80, is currently running for reelection in the 2024 presidential campaign. So far, he has not given any indication that he plans to drop out of the presidential race despite the concerns from both parties about his age.
Foer in his book “The Last Politician” talks about how Biden has used the fact that he is “underestimated” to his advantage. He also refers to the different techniques used by Biden in order to successfully pass his policies and get things done.
As he pointed out everyone could understand that Biden is old but that it is not possible to predict how Biden is going to age over the next few years. As he states what his book shows is that Biden is an “activist president” who is overly obsessed with details and micromanages many of the White House’s dealings.
