
(FixThisNation.com) – On Friday, President Biden made a visit to Nash Community College in Rocky Mount where he spoke about the U.S. manufacturing boom that has been occurring across the country.
During his visit to the North Carolina community college, he toured the Programmable Logic Controlling Lab in the Advanced Manufacturing Building of the college. He proceeded to state in his remarks that the students were working on many advanced manufacturing projects, as well as on machining and robotics.
The President proceeded to praise the students at the university for their work and pointed out the importance of all of the different systems that they are learning how to build. While Biden was spending his time touting the progress in manufacturing, information about former President Donald Trump’s indictment was beginning to be released. According to the specific charges released Trump, who is leading the GOP primary and is considered Biden’s political rival, is going to be facing 37 counts in connection to the mishandling of records probe. Of those 37, 31 are connected to the Espionage Act.
Biden stated on Friday that he would not be making any comments about Trump’s legal case. However, following his remarks he was asked if he had spoken to Attorney General Merrick Garland and asked him to say what his opinion on this case was.
In response, Biden said that he had not spoken with Garland and that he does not intend to speak to him. He added that he has no comment about Trump’s case.
