(FixThisNation.com) – Following the New Hampshire primary election, the Biden reelection campaign has shifted its focus on attacking former President Donald Trump in an attempt to block him from potentially winning another term in the White House.

Both Trump and the White House won their respective practice races in New Hampshire, despite the fact that Biden was technically not included in the ballot and had won as a write-in candidate. Trump ended up coming first in the state after he defeated former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley (R).

On Wednesday, Julie Chavez Rodriguez, the campaign manager of President Biden argued that Trump had spent the entire evening after his victory “airing personal grievances” against Haley while the focus of President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris was to put into focus on the key issues and freedoms that were at stake should Trump win a second term in the White House. She added that this was a big contrast as they entered the general election phase of the presidential race.

She added that while the Biden-Harris campaign was entering the general election using a winning message and by focusing on the party’s unity the Republicans were trying to unite behind a front-runner that was extreme and would end up losing.

Biden in his recent messaging has often attacked Trump over the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, the economy and the restrictions to abortion access. On Wednesday, the Biden campaign officially stated that this was a direct choice and that the shift to this phase of the campaign is official as the American people are called to make a direct choice.
