(FixThisNation.com) – On Monday, Tennessee Republican Rep. Andy Ogles introduced articles of impeachment against both President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, accusing Biden of weaponizing the government and Harris of having failed at her duties as the vice President.
Ogle’s articles targeting Biden are not only targeting his time as president but also his time as vice president, pointing to the alleged influence schemes involving his family. They further note that Biden’s actions have gone against public trust and have led to the law being used in unjust ways against the American people.
Ogle’s impeachment articles are going to have a long way to go if they are to be successful, as only a small minority of Republicans have pushed for the president to be impeached.
He adds that Biden’s failure does not just have to do with his “leadership” but also with his abuse of his position, both during his time serving as President and Vice President, and his usage of his position to benefit his family business dealings while exploiting taxpayer resources.
He further notes that the Department of Justice under Biden is also not dependable and that they cannot look into Biden’s family’s corruption which is why the U.S. Congress will need to make sure that he is held accountable for his actions.
The impeachment articles against Harris on the other hand specifically slam her handling of the U.S.-Mexico border, as Ogle’s has accused her of not fulfilling her duties and showing an overall indifference to the suffering that the situation at the southern border has caused.
