(FixThisNation.com) – In a new report, writer E. Jean Carroll’s attorney is considering filing another lawsuit against former President Donald Trump following his most recent remarks during Memorial Day Weekend.
On Monday, Trump had taken to his social media platform Truth Social to wish Happy Memorial Day to everyone, including those in the radical left and those working to destroy the United States. He also specifically called out the New York federal judge that had presided over the two previous trials for cases brought forward by Carroll, who he argued he had never met before. He then pointed out that he was being called to pay 91 million dollars for “defamation.”
Trump argued that Carroll had not known when the supposed event had occurred nor had she filed a police report. She also did not have the “dress” from the incident.
Trump pointed out that this is not the only case against him. He also called out Judge Arthur Engoron who had fined him close to half a billion dollars and had used a Statute that had never been done before in the trial.
Lawyer Roberta Kaplan said in a statement to Newsweek that she was considering the possibility of bringing forward a third lawsuit against Trump and that they had all the options on the table.
Former Elle advice columnist Carroll has already managed to win the two lawsuits she has filed against Trump.
A federal judge in January determined that Trump would be required to pay damages for having destroyed Carroll’s reputation as a trustworthy journalist after she had come forward with her accusations against him in 2019.
