(FixThisNation.com) – Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) in a video posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, appeared to be waving an Israeli flag at protestors who were calling for a cease-fire in the war between Israel and Hamas, a Palestinian militant group.
The Veterans Against War group About Face posted on X a video of “Jackass” Fetterman walking by a group of protestors and laughing as they were being arrested. In the video, he also appears to be waving an Israeli flag. They continued in the post by saying that they had been asking to see “@SenGillibrand” and in response, they had been cuffed. They added that they needed to get leaders who were willing to listen to what veterans were saying when they demanded a cease-fire.
The group had allegedly been protesting in the Capitol office of New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D). Fetterman has been a big defender of Israel throughout the entire war. He has also called out many of his colleagues who have blasted Israel over the hospital blast last month.
In his post, Fetterman had argued that he was disturbed by the Congress members who had blamed Israel for the hospital tragedy that had occurred in Gaza. He proceeded to question who would believe the group that has massacred Israeli civilians over one of the U.S.’s key allies.
On Wednesday, Fetterman also shared a video in which he stated that the posters of the Israeli hostages from outside his front office had been removed. He added that the posters were going to stay up until every single hostage had safely returned home.
