(FixThisNation.com) – President Biden is in Delaware for a weeklong vacation which has allowed Vice President Harris to take the forefront at the White House. Harris started off her week with an interview on ABC News. She is then scheduled to have meetings with foreign leaders as well as visit Wisconsin and Florida. On Friday she is going to be delivering remarks regarding the monthly jobs report which is typically one of the tasks that Biden handles.

Harris’ demanding schedule for this week is going to allow her to develop her platform more and to communicate with leaders and donors in important swing states. This week, according to Harris’ former aide, could be particularly crucial in helping solidify her place not only for the 2024 presidential election but also beyond it.

The former aide argued that if they were in her position then they would want to have a prominent role as they were campaigning in the 2024 presidential election to address the Republicans who are both doing and saying “insane things.”

On Monday during her sit-down interview with ABC News Harris addressed the Republican governor’s busing operations which have transported thousands of migrants to Washington, D.C., talked about reproductive health care access, and addressed the U.S. history of slavery.

On Tuesday, Harris visited Orlando, Fla., to speak at an African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Women’s Missionary Convention, while the following day she was scheduled to have a meeting with the prime minister of Mongolia in lieu of Biden, who is not going to be in Washington.
