(FixThisNation.com) – Swing voters in Pennsylvania told NBC News’ Kristen Welker that they were not happy at the idea that the 2024 presidential race could end up being a rematch between former President Donald Trump and President Biden. However, the majority stated that despite their feelings about the possible rematch they would still most likely support Biden, despite the concerns that have emerged regarding his age.
Welker while interviewing Swing voters in Pennsylvania discussed the possible rematch. The interview was aired on Sunday.
One particular voter stated in regard to her sentiment that there was one emotion that described their feelings and that was “depression.”
All of the voters similarly stated that there was a “leadership vacuum” in the political sphere right now and that none of them were excited about the prospect of a rematch between the two men.
Al Brown, one of the voters interviewed, stated that “depressed” was the best word to express his feelings, and that the presidency was not a job for someone who was old and senile. He added that Biden was approaching senility, and could even be considered to be in the middle of it, while Trump on the other hand is an “as—–” and not the right person to be running the nation. He proceeded to state that even if Biden was “dead” he would still vote for him and not Trump.
Brown further claimed that he loved American democracy too much and that in the case of the Biden and Trump race he as a Republican would still opt to vote for Biden.
