(FixThisNation.com) – On Sunday, former President Trump blasted former Attorney General Bill Barr, insulting Barr by arguing that he was a “coward” who had failed to do his job, and arguing that “virtually” everyone apart from Barr considers the former president’s federal indictment to be a “disgrace.”
Trump during an appearance on “The Roger Stone Show” on 77 WABC, claimed that Bill Barr was a “low life” and argued that during his time in office, he had fired him because he was “gutless.” He proceeded to say that everyone considers his indictment by the Department of Justice to be “disgraceful” and has argued that it “shouldn’t” have occurred.
The interview was part of the debut episode of the radio show and it is also Trump’s first appearance since his indictment on Thursday on 37 counts relating to his handling of classified materials following his exit from the White House in 2021.
Trump proceeded to say during the interview that Barr was a “coward” and that he had been terrified of the possibility of being impeached. He also recalled how there was a time when the Democrats had repeatedly stated that they would “impeach Bill Barr” when in reality there had been no reason to impeach him. Still, these claims had led to Barr being “petrified.”
He added that during his administration they had had some incredible people, but there were also some who were the “wrong choice.” He added that Barr was one of those people who were a “mistake.” Barr had left the Trump administration in December 2020, after he stated that there was no evidence to back the claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
