(FixThisNation.com) – Abigail Jo Shry, a woman in Texas has been charged with having threatened to kill Judge Tanya Chutkan who is overseeing former President Donald Trump’s federal indictment that is connected to his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

Shry had originally made the threatening call to Chutkan’s federal courthouse chamber in Washington, D.C. only days after Trump’s indictment was unveiled. Investigators were then able to trace the call back to the Texas woman and they got her to admit that she had been the one in the line.

According to the court documents, the woman had started by using racial slurs against Chutkan before proceeding to state that she was going to kill all those who were coming after the former president. She argued that she would also be killing all Democrats in Washington, D.C. as well as those who belong to the LGBTQ community. She then proceeded to tell Chutkan that she was in their sight and that they wanted to kill her.

Prosecutors also stated that Shry had stated that if Trump was not the winner of the 2024 presidential election then they would be going to kill them all.
investigators proceeded to show up at Shry’s home which is where she had made the call from. The woman revealed that while she had been the one to make the call she was not planning on traveling to carry them out.

She did also argue that investigators needed to worry about what would happen if Lee potentially comes to Alvin.
