(FixThisNation.com) – On Wednesday, Cassidy Hutchinson, a former White House aide claimed during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show that former President Donald Trump was terrified of being poisoned.
As she revealed Trump normally uses small Heinz glass ketchup bottles because it allows him to hear them “pop” when they are being opened by the valet or the person who is serving his meal. Hutchinson had made the remarks after Kimmel referenced the testimony he had given before the House special committee tasked with investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack. In her testimony, she claimed that she had seen ketchup dripping from the wall at the dining room in the West Wing after Trump had reportedly thrown his lunch at the wall out of anger. Apart from the ketchup, Hutchinson also stated that there was a “shattered porcelain plate” on the floor.
She had proceeded to remark that the valet had told her that Trump was furious about an interview given by the Attorney General to the Associated Press which had prompted him to throw his lunch against the wall. As a result, the area needed to be cleaned up, and Hutchinson started to help the valet out by wiping the ketchup off the wall.
Hutchinson during an interview on “CBS New Sunday Morning” claimed that following his testimony before the House committee she needed to move out of Washington, D.C., to Atlanta because she feared for her safety.
Hutchinson has recently been in the spotlight following the release of her memoir “Enough” in which she speaks about her time working as an aide for Mark Meadows, the former chief of staff of the Trump administration.
