(FixThisNation.com) – Fani Willis, Fulton County District Attorney pointed out that 12 tweets from former President Donald Trump’s account are included in her indictment of Trump connected to his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential elections.

The indictment includes over 150 alleged acts that the defendants allegedly took part in a conspiracy to overturn the state’s election results. Out of those 12 of the acts include tweets.

Five of the tweets that are referenced in the charging documents include Trump’s references to several Georgia state Legislature committee hearings during which his allies had attempted to push the unfounded claims of widespread election fraud. Many members of Trump’s then-legal team, including John Eastman and Rudy Giuliani, are also facing charges of solicitation of a public officer to violate their oath and making false statements.

While Trump had not attended any of the hearings himself, he frequently made references to them on Twitter, now called X.

On Dec. 3, 2020, in a series of tweets, he had spoken about the “Blockbuster testimony” about ballot staffing in Georgia. He added that there were many more such testimonies to come. He added that this incident alone where the Republicans were forced to leave the room and the Democrats were able to perform ballot stuffing was enough to make him lose the election.

In a different tweet, Trump referred to the Georgia Senate Judiciary subcommittee hearing which was broadcasted. In that tweet, he had called for the resignation of Brian Kemp as he had refused to admit that the election in the state was won by Trump.
