(FixThisNation.com) – On Wednesday the White House blasted House Republicans over their repeated attacks on President Biden and the administration’s efforts.
Andrew Bates, the White House spokesperson wrote in a memo that the House GOP has not chosen to convey a disciplined message and instead they have been blasting the Biden-Harris administration through the use of a “fragmented grab-bag.” He then added that some of the weird remarks they have made include opposing the government’s efforts to crack down on fentanyl as well as attacking them for trying to put an end to rural poverty.
The memo also noted how the Republican’s commentary has been switching up consistently and it includes calling Biden old, attacking drag queens, and even referring to Ukraine as one of the nation’s adversaries. The memo also stated that the Republicans were looking at conspiracy theories about President Biden and his family while also attacking “wokeness” which they fail to define.
This past week, Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) stated that the House would be looking into launching an impeachment inquiry against President Biden. The House is already investigating Biden’s family foreign business activities.
Hunter Biden, who is central in these investigations is also facing two charges relating to tax fraud. However, his previously agreed plea deal is now on hold by the Judge.
The White House memo also pointed out that the Biden message about the economy being stronger had managed to deflect the GOP’s attacks on Hunter Biden. Specifically, they noted that while the GOP can claim that the Biden administration wants to ship manufacturing jobs overseas that has not been the case.
