(FixThisNation.com) – A CNN panel called out Kate Bedingfield, the former communications director for President Biden after she had repeatedly claimed that the White House’s decision to cancel the Tuesday press briefing abruptly was not related to the verdict of Hunter Biden.

However, many people on the “CNN News Central” panel who had been informed about the cancellation assumed it was because of the conviction on Tuesday. Still, Bedingfield claimed that this cancellation was just routine.

Political commentator Shermichael Singleton who was on the panel disagreed with that opinion arguing that most likely they canceled because they did not want to deal with any questions that related to the recent conviction of Hunter Biden.

The Daily Caller highlighted the exchange which had occurred only a few hours after Biden was found to be guilty on Tuesday. President Biden’s son had also been found to be guilty of three federal gun charges by a jury in Delaware. He could end up being sentenced to up to 25 years in prison, however, it is highly unlikely that he will receive the maximum penalty.

Co-host Boris Sanchez also announced during the conversation that he had just received word that while the press briefing had originally been delayed it was now canceled. Co-host Brianna Keilar then pointed out that the switch from delayed to canceled had occurred after the conviction.

Still, Bedingfield continued by claiming that the cancellation was just because Biden had just delivered an address and there was no other news for the administration to make comments on.
