(FixThisNation.com) – Following the release of the report by Special Counsel Robert Hur on Thursday, Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-N.Y.) is pushing for the Cabinet to consider using the 25th Amendment of the Constitution in order to remove President Biden from the White House.

Tenney referred to Hur’s report as “alarming” despite the fact that it did not include any criminal charges recommendation against Biden in connection to his mishandling classified documents case. The records in question contained classified information about foreign and military policy in Afghanistan. Hur in his report characterized Biden as “well-meaning” and referred to him as an “elderly man with a poor memory.” The report which was over 300 pages long further noted that the jury would have a hard time getting a jury to convict Biden of a serious felony as it “requires a mental state of lawfulness.” He further pointed out that Biden would be “well into his eighties.”

In a letter sent to Attorney General Garland, Tenney pointed out that he had concerns relating to the findings in the report. As stated Hur in the report claimed that President Biden had “wilfully” mishandled, including removing and disclosing, classified information even after he left the White House. Still, Tenney pointed out that Hur’s reasoning for not recommending charges against Biden was “alarming.”

Tenney also noted how Hur in several instances in the report referred to Biden as having “compromised mental faculties” and how the special counsel had concluded that a jury would find the President to be a “sympathetic and forgetful old man” after a trial.
