(FixThisNation.com) – Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) slammed President Joe Biden over his State of the Union address where he had slammed the Supreme Court. As he argued, the comments were “disgusting.”
During his speech, Biden had criticized the court for their move to overturn the Roe v. Wade landmark case. This decision has been used by the Democrats during their campaigns as they are advocating for abortion access and rights. This was something Biden advocated for during his speech as he noted that he was going to commit to reimplementing the protections supplied by Roe in legislation.
On Sunday during an interview on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo, Donalds had argued that he had found Biden’s criticism of the “court disgusting” especially because the left is claiming to respect the institution, but they oppose it whenever things don’t end up going their way.
He added that when things did not end up going in the way that the Democrats wanted they ended up criticizing the justices of the Supreme Court on a public platform. He then pointed out that this was the reason why the entire Supreme Court was not present as they did not want to have to be subjected to the foolishness of Joe Biden.
During his speech, Biden had gone off script to state that he believed women would come out and vote in 2024 because of the Roe ruling. He added that women had electoral power.
