(FixThisNation.com) – As the 2024 presidential campaign of former President Donald Trump continues strong President Biden’s campaign has become ready to hit the panic button.

Biden is currently weaker than he had been four years ago as he appears to be behind Trump in many of the battleground states’ polls. This further showcases the worries regarding his message not being popular with swing voters.

Many Democrats had been hoping that the legal problems of the former President were going to lead to his campaign tanking, however on Monday the Supreme Court unanimously voted in favor of Trump in the 14th Amendment case. The rest of his high-profile trials have been delayed which has resulted in many people questioning whether verdicts would be reached before Election Day.

Democratic strategist and Senate Democrats’ campaign arm former adviser Steve Jarding previously claimed that Democratic lawmakers needed to be worried about the political picture that was emerging.

He claimed that Trump and his team were happy with their current strong political position while Biden had failed to get his message to voters. Last week the Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll found that there are many critical states, including Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina where Trump was leading against Biden. In those states around 48 percent of voters had expressed support for Trump, while 43 percent had stated that they would vote for Biden.

The poll also found that the majority of voters believe that the economy was not in good standing, while 47 disapproved of Biden’s job performance so far.
