(FixThisNation.com) – On Wednesday, Hunter Biden confirmed during his deposition behind closed doors that then-Vice President Joe Biden had met several of his business associates from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan at a restaurant in Washington, D.C., in 2014 and 2015. This testimony could be integral in the impeachment inquiry into his father Joe Biden.

The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability deposed Hunter Biden for close to seven hours. On Thursday his testimony’s transcript was released.

In the testimony, Hunter Biden confirms the October 2020 report about some of the documents that had been discovered in his laptop, including a thank you note from Burisma Holdings Ltd. Executive Vadym Pozharskyi. Hunter Biden had served on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

The note had been sent following a meeting at Café Milano on April 16, 2015, for a U.N. World Food Program dinner. The event had also been attended by Joe Biden, despite his presidential campaign in 2020 having disputed this report claiming that there had not been any such encounter noted down on his official schedule.

Hunter Biden admitted during his testimony that his father had come and had greeted the people who were there. He had added that Pozharskyi had been one of the people visiting the table.

He argued that this had not been them having a meeting, but rather that they had just met which was a significant difference. He added that his father most likely just had some spaghetti and Coca-Cola and left.
