(FixThisNation.com) – Former President Trump slammed President Biden in a recent interview over the policy he is following regarding Israel.

Trump argued on Fox News’ “MediaBuzz” with host Howard Kurtz that Biden had suddenly “dumped Israel” and that he had stated that Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu needed to “take a walk.”

Left-wing Democrats have been putting a lot of pressure on Biden to call for a permanent cease-fire in the Israel-Gaza war. Biden has argued that he has called for Israel to “do its part” and to allow for additional humanitarian aid to be sent to Gaza. In his State of the Union address Biden had also pushed for more border openings.

Following the speech there was a hot mic moment when Biden was caught telling Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo.) that he had spoken with Netanyahu and told him that they would need to have a “come-to-Jesus meeting.”

Biden has also recently claimed that the policies followed by Israel in the war against Gaza were hurting the country more than they were aiding it. During an interview with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart, Biden had argued that Netanyahu did have the right to defend the country and pursue Hamas, however, he also needed to be paying more attention to all the lives that had been lost as a result of the conflict. He added that what Netanyahu was doing went against what Israel stood for and that it was not helping the country.
