(FixThisNation.com) – On Wednesday, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had warned that there could be more threats to abortion care following the Supreme Court hearing of an Idaho law that restricts abortion.

The court so far does not seem to know whether or not providing access to lifesaving care should include abortion care in cases where it is necessary. The justices right now are split both because of gender and ideology.

Clinton took to X, formerly known as Twitter to state that the MAGA Supreme Court appeared to operate under the rule that “‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’” was not applicable to pregnant women who were experiencing complications or any other women who required an abortion. She continued by arguing that this was “horrifying” and that former president Donald Trump was at fault for this.

In the 2024 race, The Democrats are paying a lot of attention to the 2024 race. Abortion ballot measures are going to be implemented in several swing states. Controversy over abortion care has grown further recently following the decision regarding abortion access in Arizona.

Clinton had shared in a second post an image where it was shown that the time zone in Arizona was “1864.” This was a reference to the recent state Supreme Court decision which would be implementing a 160-year-old abortion restriction law. On Wednesday lawmakers had made three attempts before agreeing that they would be overturning the 1864 law.

Clinton had argued that they should not be allowing their daughter to grow up with fewer rights than the ones they had.
